Antepenultimate weekend

Entrance to the Hotel de Ville
Packing what we can into these last weekends in Paris.  On Saturday we went to the Hotel de Ville to see an exhibition of young designers from Berlin and Paris - a mixture of items from body jewelry to bureaus and some interesting materials.  Then to the cinema to see 'The Imitation Game' which we very much enjoyed, followed by supper at our local Italian.

An intriguing bit of paperwork

On  Sunday we got up late and didn't leave the house until noon!  We took the bus to the centre of town and walked in search of covered passages to explore.  One was closed, but the others we saw were interesting.  We started off with coffee at the entrance to the Passage Vivienne (a place that we would like to go back to to eat).  We had lunch in a brasserie on the Bd des Italiens between passages and then walked back to the rue de Rivoli for the bus home.
